General:
–I have the right to refuse any type of commission i’m not comfortable taking-All payments must be in USD and should be made through Paypal, the fees will be accounted for by you-Refunds are not accepted if i’ve completed 50% of your commission (i.e I’ve started to colour)-I will start your commission after I have received the payment, I will let you know when I have started it-Most comms will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to complete (varies based on complexity and comm type, also my personal life) any delays will be made known to you ASAP-If, for whatever reason you need the commission done before a specific date (ex. a bday present) please let me know before I start drawing-If, for whatever reason, I cannot complete your commission, I will fully refund you, if it had some progress I will send you whatever was done and a 90% refund-Please try to be as punctual with replies as possible; any delays in communication will delay your commission from being finished, please let me know if there is something stopping you from replying on timeWhat the process will look like:
-Describe to me with as much detail as possible what you want your commission to look like, the more refs the better!-my art style and sketches vary - I may get experimental with my process, what brushes I use, etc.. SO if you have a specific style/example of my artwork that you have in mind that you want me to use for your comm, please send me it!!-I will take more creative control and just go with the flow if you don't have many refs or ideas-After I get the payment I will get back to you with a few different rough sketches or thumbnails-If I get the OK from you I will continue on with the drawing and will send more WIPs if needed-Any major edits should be made in the early stages, once I get to shading and final rendering it’ll be very difficult to make any major changes-The final piece will be sent via google drive link or email - whichever works for you-You may use the commission for personal use and sharing/posting your commission online is fine as well - just make sure to credit me with my twitter or instagram handle (@/tomoxu_ or @tomoxu.arts)-You may NOT resell my work or use it for commercial use (this includes NFTs, block-chain related technology, cryptocurrency, or anything else related)if you have any questions or concerns dm me! I will try to get back to you asap :)

bust - $12 (full colour/render: +$5)
half body - $24 (full colour/render: +$10)
full body - $30 (full colour/render: +$15)
-All comms will have flat colour
-The background will either be white or a gradient, a detailed background is an extra $5
-Additional characters are +50% of the base cost; maximum of 4 characters totalICONS (900X900): $10
-Just close ups :)
-All icons will be fully rendered unless you want it with only flat colourCOMICS/COMIC STRIP: $12
-Will only be in b&w and a simplistic style
-Lots of dialogue is ok!
-Can have up to 5 different characters
-Max panels I'll do is 3, any more is an additional $5
